I have not rented for many years and was dreading the experience having been a homeowner for a while and living in a place where more local agents had poor reputations. I have only the most positive things to say about Breckon and Breckon so far. They have been helpful, interactive and consummate professionals throughout. Michael in the lettings branch has been kind, pro-active and no query is too much for him. They were timely in all their documentation. The IT processes make paying deposits and signing contracts easy and over their portal it is easy to raise a query, no problem at all.
