I cannot recommend Emily (Letting Manager) highly enough. Finding an experienced (and genuinely knowledgeable) letting agency is far from easy, particularly in a saturated industry. From a personal point of view, Emily is transparent and represents Breckon & Breckon to the highest standards. She is diligent, well versed in the letting market and is far more proactive than many agents I have dealt with previous. What’s more, my neighbour had gone to market for £125 cheaper for an identical property with another agency, however Emily picked up the phone (on her day off to inform me) so achieving the initial rate felt an overwhelming challenge. Fortunately, Emily’s willingness to find a tenant came to fruition and today my property has been filled for two years (and for less than competing agents within the surrounding area!).

Moving is always hard but recently we needed to move quickly during a period of lockdown to make things even more stressful. Emily & Rebecca were fantastic to deal with. They were both really helpful with an instant response rate to our emails and phone calls and a month into our new apartment we're really happy we went with them.
