After awful experiences with letting agents as a student I was dreading dealing with another one when my partner and I decided to move in together. They really went the extra mile

While searching for a new larger rental property Rebecca Taylor really went out of her way to find me (as she put it) a lovely home and not just a house. She was always on the lookout or a suitable property not just on her books but also from their other offices and potential sales that would potentially going to rental. She was lovely, friendly and helpful. I would dearly have loved to rent a propety through this agency, but alas a suitable one was not found. When I did find somewhere sometime later and went in to let her know she even offered to look over any contract to make sure it was all o.k.
