Absolutely fantastic service!

Rachel and the team in Abingdon were selling a property we were interested in, we saw it the day it went on the market and then prompty put in an offer. Rachel performed all the due-diligence measures on behalf of the vendors to ensure that we were in a good position to buy the property. I thought this was great as she was very protective of the vendors in ensuring that we were suitable to move forward with. We were in a good position, there was no chain either side and we thought the process could happen very quickly to meet all parties needs. How wrong we were! Almost everything that could go wrong went wrong and the whole process took over 6 months. There were tears from my wife, mortgage offers being revoked at the final hour, endless requests for paperwork, storm damage to the sellers' new property and completely inept solicitors. Although Rachel and the team weren't directly engaged with us and we weren't paying them anything being the buyer, they went over and above what was expected. Rachel became my councellor, I would often phone her up to vent and let off steam as she was so involved, she genuinely cared and wanted us all to succeed. Rachel did her job to the highest degree and more, she dealt with all parties regularly and kept the whole process moving, which was extremely difficult at times. I think I spoke to Rachel daily and sometimes three times a day! Breckon & Breckon, especially Rachel were exceptional throughgout. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the future and already have done. When we are looking for our next move we will certainly be using Rachel and the team again. I can't express how impressed I am with the end to end service we received, the goody bag when we picked up the keys was also a nice touch. If you use B&B, you certainly won't be disappointed.

Excellent Estate Agent

The staff are extremely helpful, polite and proactive. They go out of their way to ensure that everything goes smoothly and it was largely down to their efforts and communication that I managed to complete on my flat in good time. I would definitely use Breckon & Breckon again.

Helpful, honest, knowledgeable and efficient

I sold my property with Beckon & Breckon last month. They kept me up to date at all times and they were honest and reliable throughout. Andrew and Rachel and both lovely people who genuinely care about the sale and the experience of their clients. They are easy to talk to and very responsive. When there was a hold up with the process (which was entirely unrelated to Breckon & Breckon) they were very effective in getting things moving again. I cannot recommend Breckon & Breckon highly enough. They are completely different from any other agent l have dealt with. They are vastly superior.

Friendly and Professional

From the outset, I found all my interactions with the staff from Breckon and Breckon to be friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and help was always at hand when questions arose. From the initial visit to value my property until the day I was handed the keys to my new home, I felt that my needs were fully met and that I was treated as an individual - not just another person in a list of customers, Everything went smoothly despite delays in the completion of my new property. I was kept informed of events throughout. Even the monetary transactions were prompt and dealt with so trouble-free in the background. This was the first time I had sold and bought a property and I would certainly recommend Breckon and Breckon.

Excellent Agency

It was very easy arranging to move into our new place with Breckon & Breckon. Everything was taken care of, the communication channel was always open, minor issues were resolved very quickly, taking away all the stress there usually is with move house. Overall a great experience, 10 out of 10, highly recommended!

Wouldn't consider another agent

Breckon and Breckon have looked after one purchase, two letttings and two sales for us over the last few years and I can't fault them. They are always polite, friendly, quick to respond and efficient. I wouldn't consider using another agent. Thank you to all the team for all your efforts.

Breckon & Breckon Abingdon have provided professional experience and advice to develop the potential of two older properties with inadquate parking, obtaining consent from adjoining owner and adding value to the sale of both properties. Preparation of marketing advice and materials is excellent and contact with solicitors and client through to completion of the highest order. Excellent service from beginning to end

Breckon & Breckon are truly amazing! Rachel and Andrew dealt with both our sale and purchase., due to their professionalism, experience and most wonderful aura we felt looked after from the beginning to the end. Both Rachel and Andrew went above and beyond what we would have expected from them, nothing was to much. Rachel even recognised our numbers and used to answer so nicely to our names, which always made us smile. They made us feel as though we were their number 1 priority, any queries were dealt with immediately and efficiently. We can not thank them enough for making our dreams come true.
