Excellent agency. I was the buyer of a property listed by Parrys. They were helpful from viewing to completion. Responded to any queries we had about the house and the legalities, so we completed the purchase in just over two months. Heather in particular was straight talking and responsive even when out of the office but everyone at Parrys is great!

Took a while to find the buyer but once offers were negotiated, all ran smoothly. Parrys acted diplomatically between buyer and ourselves to answer any questions or queries which resulted in a quick sale.

We were recommended Parry's by one of our neighbours who had used them in the past for the sale of a previous house. We had never rented a house out before, so we were nervous about all the possible issues that we could get caught up in, as we required the full management service due to moving overseas. From start to finish, Vivienne & Ethan from the lettings team were professional throughout the whole process. They made us feel at ease with the whole journey, gave us advice on all the areas that we needed to address, such as local governing bodies that we needed to register with, Insurance, Accountants etc. They assisted with all the paperwork and arranged the photos for the advert, including a full documented and photographed inventory. All possible tenants were vetted by the team, and they also provided the assisted viewings to ensure we were not part of the process, which is what we requested. All communication is very clear, and we are kept in the loop with everything to ensure the tenants are happy in the house. We would highly recommend Parry's fantastic service. Thank you, team.

We have had such a positive experience as first time buyers with Parrys. Karl, who we have largely been dealing with, was very friendly and helpful and did his best to answer our questions and arrange access to the property as and when we needed. Derek who was often at the property for our surveys and checks was always very obliging despite our, at times obvious, naivity in the process. As first time buyers the process did seem daunting at first, but the Parrys team were very reassuring and patient.
