We contacted them initially about renting a house we'd seen on Rightmove. They were responsive and flexible with viewing times. When we then spoke more in depth about what we needed, they suggested a couple of other properties. One was close enough, but there were outdoor storage issues and while we were quibbling over this a different house came on the market that fitted our criteria perfectly. Vivienne called us to talk us through this one and it was ideal. She facilitated a number of viewings for us to measure and double check things - I think we were a bit of a pain in the arse to be honest! Consequently we have moved in and are living our best life so far! Couldn't recommend Vivienne, and Olivia, highly enough.
