We were recommended Parry's by one of our neighbours who had used them in the past for the sale of a previous house. We had never rented a house out before, so we were nervous about all the possible issues that we could get caught up in, as we required the full management service due to moving overseas. From start to finish, Vivienne & Ethan from the lettings team were professional throughout the whole process. They made us feel at ease with the whole journey, gave us advice on all the areas that we needed to address, such as local governing bodies that we needed to register with, Insurance, Accountants etc. They assisted with all the paperwork and arranged the photos for the advert, including a full documented and photographed inventory. All possible tenants were vetted by the team, and they also provided the assisted viewings to ensure we were not part of the process, which is what we requested.
