Before selling my house, I did some research on local estate agents and found statistically that Northwood had the fastest turn around when it came to selling house. I was slightly concerned that this meant they would market my property at a lower price but this was the case and after my initial meeting at my property my fears were put to rest as a suggested listing price was inline with what similar properties in the local area had recently sold for. My house went on the market on the 22nd of December 2020 and the sale was completed on the 26th of February 2021 which was remarkably quick even despite current circumstances. Ali who was handling the sale always felt one step ahead of the game and virtually predicted every question or query before I said anything. Communication regarding the house sale / viewing was efficient at no point did I wonder what was happening. After every viewing Ali always got in contact to give me a debrief and advise if she felt there was any potential.
