The service provided was very good. The only complaint is that I was told the buyer was reputable and would purchase the property quickly and I agreed to a reduced price on this basis. This turned out not to be the case and the sale process took a long time

The process to get the house ready to rent was expansive and daunting. So many certificates and updates were needed. Alicja Jasinska at Northwood, made it easier for us, asking for required the documents in due time and getting us through the process. very happy with the outcome so far.
