I rented a property for 4 years with Northwood, Aberdeen, Scott Morrison was in charge of my contract and the branch manager at the same time. The customer care provided was impressive. At some point the boiler needed to be replaced in the middle of the winter and the action/ response time was very efficient. The same, every time there was an issue in the property , Scott would reply very quickly in order to get the issue fixed as soon as possible. I'm very pleased with the customer service in general.
