Ali was brilliant throughout the whole process and was brilliant to chat to about things, especially as a first time buyer. She was always at the end of an email really quickly and whenever I needed.

I bought my flat thru Northwood last year. Perhaps that was the best decision I even made! Ali and team helped me massively, advised, answer all questions. All progress of buying was easy, straight forward and stress free. I used this agency for renting my flat in Aberdeen for more than 1 year, very professional, rental payments on time in my bank with accurate calculations , flexible but most important they follow perfectly all instructions we agreed, leaving in another country for me was very important. Very good service, would recommend. I used Northwood Aberdeen for selling an empty property in Sunnyside Road, and they were able to assist with clearance/repairs/maintenance during the sale period all at reasonable costs. Other Aberdeen companies that I have experienced are both less willing to be helpful for what they see as unwelcome work like clearance/repairs/maintenance, and then if/when they actually do that work end up being expensive. Especially helpful was Ali MacGrory, property co-ordinator for sales at Northwood Aberdeen. Andrew Fraser.

I would like to give a big thanks to the team in Aberdeen. They rescued my property that was languishing under the mismanagement of another very large agency in Aberdeen and gave real, practical and commercial advice to turn it around and have the property finally sold for ??15k more than was previously suggested by the other agency. The team were also really very helpful on a personal level as I was undergoing cancer therapy during the period of a very difficult sale and they went out of their way to provide support. Thank you guys, I just wish all other agencies were like you guys!!!
