They delivered on this, helping to facilitate over half a dozen viewings of the property including one when we were out of the country. Ali was our sales property manager and was friendly, professional and always on hand to answer any queries and support us through the process.

Ali was my first point of contact and she was very upfront about the property, she was realistic and provided great advice based on what I was looking to do with the property. Her kindness has went above and beyond what I would have expected and has went beyond her contractural obligations by providing local knowledge on trades people that she has used herself, this information is available even after the sale of the property is completed. I plan on renting out this property in the future and I will definitely use Northwood to facilitate this.

I used this agency for renting my flat in Aberdeen for more than 1 year, very professional, rental payments on time in my bank with accurate calculations , flexible but most important they follow perfectly all instructions we agreed, leaving in another country for me was very important. The service provided was very good. The only complaint is that I was told the buyer was reputable and would purchase the property quickly and I agreed to a reduced price on this basis. This turned out not to be the case and the sale process took a long time
