I am genuinely still in shock at how amazing the service is from Martin and Co. You are treated as if you are buying a property, not renting. Stephen has been very attentive and has went the extra mile ensuring a swift and easy move in. Also any queries are swiftly responded to meaning I felt at ease with my move. I honestly couldn’t be happier. I was in a time sensitive situation and Martin & Co managed to get me moved in within a week of viewing a property. After viewing my first property, I wasn’t too sure. The agent who showed me around sent me around 10 more properties which included aspects I was looking for. The next day I was able to view and move in a week later. As well as this, I received a beautiful welcome box which included some lovely treats and a bottle of wine when I picked up my keys. Such a lovely surprise. Lastly, I had a slight plumbing issue the day I moved in, Martin & Co managed to get a plumber out to me the next day and the issue was resolved. I couldn’t recommend them more. Exceptional service and great professionalism.

Dealt with Stephen Barr recently regarding my property Martin & Co manage. Stephen was excellent! He was super-quick, very responsive, helpful (by getting in touch with handy-man to resolve the issue and keeping me updated) and projected a desire to help/please. It was clear he was customer-sensitive and keen to ensure the whole process went well and just as I would like. Really pleased with the service.

The Martin & Co team in Aberdeen were great. Using Video tours, and a 360° Virtual Tour they managed to lease my Apartment in the Bastille during the first COVID lockdown without a physical viewing taking place, within a week! If you're looking for a team that 'Think outside of the box', I can highly recommend the Martin & Co Aberdeen team.

I deal with Calum for the length of my tenancy and he couldn't have been more helpful. Every query and issue was dealt with promptly and professionally. Getting set up and checking out were done quickly and smoothly online which was helpful when you work fulltime. Hassle-free and friendly.
