Juliet is so efficient that she always reply quickly to my questions and requests. She also gave me advice when I was waiting for the landlord registration to approve. Maxine is very experienced and professional. She told us what appliances and furniture should and should not be put in the apartment.

Kelly was very calm and warm when showing us around a flat we were interested in. she took her time to answer all questions with the best of her ability. I would recommend her any day anytime.

Everything was going well with Martin & Co, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The viewing, hosted by Kelly Kennedy, was amazing -- she walked me around and told me about the property while also answering a few questions. She also called before the viewing to make sure everything was going according to plan. The flat was clean, well-maintained and looked exactly like the pictures. Later that day, a Thursday, Kelly Kennedy sent me an email to let me know I could ask further questions or view any other properties. In addition, she asked me to leave a review on Google and copy it to other platforms in order to get recognition from her boss. On Friday morning, I emailed her back with my questions, as well as a draft review; I asked if there was anything in particular she wanted me to address, like in a recommendation letter. I did not get a response that day, thinking she was perhaps taking her time to find answers. I waited on Monday too with the plan to call if I never got an email until then. On Tuesday I still had nothing in my inbox from the agency, I checked the property advert on Rightmove just in case before my call, and it was under offer. I do not know if me being ghosted was due to my inquiries and Martin & Co wanted a client/tenant who was less inquisitive, or they found a tenant before they made it official, but an email back would have been nice -- if not for that property, then for future ones.

I've recently had the experience of renting a property through Martin & Co Aberdeen, they were fantastic right from the start and I have no hesitation to recommend them to people. Kelly was brilliant and very friendly when showing me the flat, and Juliet and Stephen were brilliant and communicated well during the process of the checks.
