With the current climate and high demand for the rental market, It deemed impossible for me to secure any sort of lease. Given its all new to me, he sign posted the journey, explained the information in a logical and easy to understand manner and was seamless and positive throughout the entire referencing journey.During the time of referencing, I had many questions to ask. Kevin went above and beyond to clarify things and I am pleased to say, today I signed the lease.Martin and Co are definitely unique by their method and approach. The use of a third party referencing company, who also were extremely efficient by offering a timeline of events, real time status update and additional deals such as broadband or insurances make the entire experience pleasant and frankly easy.Since signing the lease, again additional information and guidance was provided and contact remains open for any questions or uncertainty I may have.Overall, superb service by Kelly and Kevin and if you’re making a choice as to what agent to use, the search stops here. Right from the outset when looking for a quotation to sell our property (many agents never even followed up for feedback after providing us an estimate) all the way through to the actual sale itself, the service from Scott was faultless.
