My experience has been good with Martin & Co. Special thanks to Juliet for her support throughout the process. Overall Martin & Co have a well established team, software & partner agents to help the potential tenants find a good house. Few improvements can be made though, especially related to support for utilities, cleaning & maintenance in the initial month of handover.

When trying change the names in our contract our property manager Stephen Barr has been nothing but a dream. Though the process was going to be a bigger endeavour than we had first expected, he has been patient and had kept us up to date via email or phone and been there to help whenever he needed.
