First of all the real estate agent that showed us the house, was very pro-active in following up on our viewing, to keep us informed about other interested parties. Secondly the portfolio manager did find alternative sollutions (in our unusal case as we came from outside the UK), to secure the tenentcy agreement with the landlord. Very good service!
