I have to hand it to the wonderful team at Martin and Co. Aberdeen. Living in Japan I just thought it was crazy to rent out and manage property living on the other side of the globe but I was wrong. Martin and Co basically do all the heavy lifting.Maxine Card was amazing at getting all my things in order ( in a very short time) as well as giving me heaps of encouragement and offering very sound ( continuous) advice . Stephen Barr who is my manager agent found my first rental couple within 1 day of my place being on the market. Unbelievable!!! He is super professional and liaisons with me immediately even though the time difference is 9 hours. He has great communication skills and is very competent at his job. I did check out their completion and tbh I was not impressed one bit. The other company quoted renting out my place at almost 35% lower than what Martin could secure for me. Therefore,I highly recommend them!!!
