I have been relying on Martin and Co to manage my 2 properties in Aberdeen for the past 8 years approximately. I can absolutely recommend them as they are thorough and reliable. All the tenants that I have had in the past years have been very pleased with the help that this company has given them. Best estate agents I have used. Always quick with responses and clear in emails. The flat I rented is beautiful and is checked regularly to maintain standards. Always give me text warnings whenever anything is due and with plenty notice. Fixed the boiler as quickly as possible over the christmas period

Excellent service, friendly and helpful people. Moving to Aberdeen and finding a flat thanks to them was quite easy, plus they are always quick at replying to emails and dealing with whatever issue. Shoutout to Caroline, Calum and Adam for the great work. Highly recommend them.
