Me and my partner recently purchased our first property from Joe, Ross and the team at Martyn Gerrard. Everything from start to finish was excellent and queries were dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. Joe was very genuine, honest and always went out of his way, going that extra mile to help us out. Overall a great, smooth experience. I've just completed on a property through Martyn Gerrard. I liaised with Ross White and Lukas Macris. I'd like to thank them both very much for their close involvement during the whole process. They kept me very much up to date each step of the way, happily answered all of my queries and made the whole process practically pain free for me. Throughout the process, my calls were always returned and responses to my queries were very promptly answered after speaking with the seller/seller's solicitor. Ross was very aware that the seller and I wanted to complete before Christmas and so he ensured each party, including the solicitors, were doing the necessary to meet this deadline - I could not be more grateful for this! In conclusion, I am very happy with their service and their professional and personable manner. Thank you again!

An unexpectedly good experience!

It sounds like I'm being paid to say this but I really have been very impressed with how the Southgate office has managed my sale. There were a few buyer hiccups (in other words, not the agents or my fault) but I was kept constantly in touch with events as they happened. I never had to chase Ross or Lucas for information - they were on the ball the whole time - chasing solicitors, the buyer, me! I have dealt with property sales before and this was an unexpectedly good experience. I got my asking price, the agency fee was reasonable - I've got no complaints at all. Thank you very much.

Professional Service

I was recently looking for the property to let through Martyn Gerrard Southgate branch. And I was very impressed with the professional approach taken, particularly by the agent Orlando Livio who was really kind, helpful and professional in every step of our property search. He has managed to give all available information about the properties and made us feel hassle and stress free in finding the right house or flat. Although we didn't go through with Martyn Gerrard but I can strongly recommend their service which is just as professional and attentive as a high street agent.

He tried to match our requirements with great effort and although in this case we didn't go ahead with the transaction for personal reasons, I would not hesitate to contact him again if our circumstances change.

I was looking for a property to rent in North London. I was immediately impressed with the friendly and professional attitude of Orlando. He knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us with lots of info about the area, including the prices to expect. I cannot recommend Orlando highly enough... he is simply the very best real estate agent I have worked with. He was always patient about our requirements even when we were fussy. He returns calls promptly even when business hours are near to closing. He is genuinely very very good. He found us a great flat, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Orlando and the team from Martyn Gerrard again.

i put my house up for sale in southgate about 2 months ago ...i had 3 to four local estate agents advertising the property and have now recieved an offer..from another agent but would like to add that wilst working along side mr ross white and luke i found them to be very professional and there knowledge of the local area was second to none i would recomend martyn gerrard to anyone great guys down there thanks mr yk...yiannaki

I recently used Martyn Gerrard in Southgate to value my four bedroom family home in Southgate.. I am not quite ready to list my property but when I do I will most certainly be using Martyn Gerrard and in particular Ross White, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and local knowledge Ross demonstrated compared to the other Estate Agents I spoke to in Southgate.

It was great pleasure dealing with Andrew at Martyn Gerard at the Southgate Branch it was new opening for new branch, and as he promised to rent my property the quickest way, and it was let, I have so much confidence with young chap for future business. keep the good work.

Excellent First Impression

We recently had our property valued by Martyn Gerrard and met with Ross the Sales Manager. His approach with us was extremely professional and relayed lots of positive comments on our property. Unfortunately for him and his team due to personal reasons, we won't be selling the property this year however, we will instruct Martyn Gerrard within the course of 2017.
