A true professional but with a caring, kind personality.
It was an absolute pleasure to meet and do business with Charlie. The standard of service he gave was excellent and he was a credit to Martin Gerrard's. He went above and beyond in finding us a property to rent to the extend of chasing up another estate agent for my son and I. Thank you Charlie.

Very attentive service, professional, friendly and helpful.
Ross and his team were very helpful in selling my mother's house when she had to go into a care home. They were understanding of the sensitive and difficult nature of the situation for me and my sister. They looked after us very well and did their best to minimise the stress with excellent and frequent communication. Ross's valuation was spot on and we received several offers, three at the asking price. There was an issue when the buyer's status was not checked quite thoroughly enough, but Ross and Lukas soon sorted it out. Selling a property is never a pleasant process but Ross and his team made it as painless as possible.
