I turned my flat in Clapham into a buy-to-let this summer and needed an agent that would guide me through the entire process from the evaluation to the management of the property. From the right rental price to the furnishing and repairs I had many questions and I was able to trust Joshua who was well informed. His team at Outlet have been polite, quick to respond and simply very easy to work with throughout the process. The team always was on time for appointments and gave timely feedback on viewings. Outlet generated a lot of interest in the property which allowed me to choose a tenant who is vetted and who I feel comfortable with. The coordination of moving dates and the discussions about furniture was managed by Outlet and went without problems and confusion. I've now been letting the flat for two months and Joshua's team at Outlet has always kept me informed and was available when I needed them for the advise a new landlord needs at the beginning of the process.
