Have always had a very positive interaction with the Seraph Team. They always respond very quickly and find Solutions. I find them very Knowledgeable with regards to Building/Property Management and are very experienced in Legislation, Tenancy Laws. Joe has been superb in assisting me recently with a few issues that had arose within the Property. Seraph have moral values, are Professional, Reliable and I would not hesitate in recommending their Services.

I can say for all the Directors that we are very, very happy to have Gianni and Seraph managing our block. As our PM he provides an excellent, responsive service, and above all cares about the job he does. We don’t have to chase on any issues, and he pro-actively takes responsibility for all aspects of the block that need addressing. He provides us with information, updates and ideas on a regular basis. He has also established good relationships with other leaseholder and tenant’s, making the service more personal to them. Additionally, Seraph seem to have a good back office and processes and have managed the handover from our previous PM well.

Since moving in to my property I have had nothing but positive communication from Seraph and their agents. Whenever I email Gianni, I always get a response within 24 hours and he always tries to help with the issue and if he cannot he will always give me contact details for someone who he thinks can help. Seraph always ensure that the building is well maintained and always put the needs of their tenants first. I am extremely happy with Seraph and would recommend working with them.

We've relied on Seraph to manage our rental property on behalf of the landlord for about a year and a half. During that time, they've surprised me at every opportunity with a level of pro-activity and communication that well over a decade of experience with similar businesses convinced me was utterly naive to even dare hope for. My wife and I are finalising the details of purchasing our first home, so (hopefully) we won't need to rent again in the future. But if we did, Seraph would be our first port of call. Nicola at Seraph goes above and beyond for the owners at our complex. She's very quick to respond to any emails and always follows through. We feel that she really cares about our safety & wellbeing. She is 100% reliable and a 'let's get it sorted' person.
