One of the best agents who will find you a hidden gem
Kurt was very helpful and although I enquired about a different flat in Archway he understood what I was looking for. We first viewed the flat in Archway but it was a tad small. He then brought out a wild card flat and it was absolutely perfect. I couldn't stop thinking about it and then made an offer the next day. Had it not been for him I would not have found this hidden gem. Thank you so much. Megan and Kurt made the process of lettings very smooth. Highly recommended agents.

Would warmly recommend!
Megan and Asim were very helpful and supportive through the whole process. They offered great advise and were always available to answer all our queries. We had a very positive experience renting with them and we would warmly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a property in London!

consistent quality service
As a landlord I am satisfied with the professional efforts of all the team @SE who have consistently demonstrated best practice during these 1st 8 months of my dealings with them. The balancing act of managing tenants' expectations with the landlord's needs is one that SE has handled very effectively to date.

Friendly and knowledgeable local estate agents
Stonehouse Estates was one of the first agents I contacted when I started to look for a rental property and was the only one that came back to me immediately with not only an offer to view the property I had found online, but also a list of other potential properties I might be interested in. We agreed on 3 properties to visit even though I was unsure about 2 of them. It turned out the one I was really not sure on is the one we went with and are now living in! Kurt at Stonehouse was fantastic in understanding what we wanted and offering options we wouldn't have otherwise considered. He was really knowledgeable about the local area and ensured we had asked all the right questions about the properties. We had agreed on a property and had moved in within 2 weeks of first contacting Stonehouse. Kurt and Megan made the paperwork straightforward and explained all the details. Even after we had moved in and the management of the property had been handed over to the landlord, they followed up to ensure everything was ok. I would definitely recommend them and use again if I am searching for property in the area.

We have been with Stonehouse for 10 years now. Liz has been fabulous at managing our flat: her advice has been sound and she has shown a real interest in looking our for our interest. We recently had to refurbish our bathroom, we don't live near to the premises we rent out and Stonehouse - in this case Liz- helped us every step of the way to sort the job out..

Good service, friendly and supportive staff
Stonehouse Estates helped me to move to my first own place after shared accommodation. Despina was very supportive and ready to help from the point of viewing to signing the contract. Even though the process did not go 100% smoothly, all the problems were sorted out with support and understanding. I would recommend the agency to everyone who is looking for a flat within the area.

Helpful and prompt

swift and reliable
We have found our first home to move in together, lovely agent and fast process of referencing and contract. reliable and trustworthy. After having experienced with other agency in London, we have given up. Stonehenge made us hopeful again. The flat is lovely and furniture that was requested were arranged very swiftly. it is our dream first house to rent I shall say.

Repairs/fridge replacement
Our property manager Gina has been really helpful! We unfortunately had a leak in our flat from upstairs, and she (plus others from stonehouse) helped in getting this sorted. Gina has also arranged for our fridge to be replaced which happened quickly following our request - communication is always great, with email responses being received within 24 hours at the most. Thanks so much!
