Very nice and efficient staff!
Megan has been an amazing help! I wanted to move in very quickly and she made sure that every step of the process was quick and easy for myself and my guarantors. I've also met Kurt when visiting the office for my referencing, and he was very kind and helpful. You can see that these guys know their jobs, they know what they are doing and that is a great change from all of those rogue agencies in London!

Professionalism
Despina Christakis, is a credit to Stonehouse Estate in N19. She has amazing engaging personality. A true professional, from initial approach, combined with the rest of the team it has culminated in a well managed property rental experience. Despina kept us well informed at every stage of the rental process, from references to the up to date paperwork, to responding to phone calls and emails. I think the tenants were happy with Despina's efforts. I would like to say a big thank you for all the help and support that Despina, and the rest of the team have given me. excellent service. I would recommend Stonehouse to a prospective landlord.

Efficient and helpful service;; rapid replies and guidance to consultations
We have been customers of Stonehouse for 11 years now. The staff is permanent and professional. It feels like a family business because you get to know everyone on first name terms over the years. When we have had to sort maintenance issues at our property (not being close by) has meant that Despina and her colleagues (Gina, Megan and Asim) have been extremely helpful throughout the whole process of putting a property on the market to day to day management.. We highly recommend Stonehouse Estate Agents, Archway Branch..

Pleasant and stress-free experience
From finding the property we wanted, right the way to moving in, Despina and the guys at Stonehouse helped make the process as easy as possible. We really felt Despina went the extra mile for us, and has a great attitude and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend her and Stonehouse Estates.

Excellent Despina
Me and my partner are very happy about Stonehouse Estate. Despina Christaki followed us in every step, listening to all our specific requests and taking care of every little detail. Despina also made sure we received the best assistance even while she was on her leave, and we really appreciate that.. The agency is very professional, team is very friendly, polite and always ready to help. A few times we contacted them for a little maintenance and always we have been replied quickly, promptly sorting out every little issue. Highly recommended.

Excellent agency, tenant of 3.5years
During the past ten years of living in London, I have had experience with many different landlords and agencies, and my experience with Stonehouse was by far the best. Very friendly, approachable staff, and anything that needed sorting in the flat was always done very promptly. Thank you so much to the entire team at Stonehouse, I am very sad to leave you!

Hassle Free
Stonehouse have been brilliant to deal with from start to finish. I have never had a less hassle-free experience when renting a property, and I couldn't recommend Stonehouse more. I feel like the property agents really care about the tenants as well as wanting the best for the landlords and their properties, and they have been very attentive to any queries we have had about the rental process.
