Perfect support perfect place
I needed to find a flat urgently in Upper Holloway last year. I was incredibly lucky to find Stonehouse Estetes on 175 Junction Road. Kurt Chris and Despina literally rescued me. After locating the perfect place which came with a very nice bonus: a perfect landlord; I was completely supported all the way with everything that comes with an application process. Despina made sure, that all my questions and E mails were answered immediately. From the beginning to the end I felt I was in the hands of a very competent and caring agent. The office is very well organized and Despina is absolutely makes sure, she gets the best result. I definitely recommend her and Stonehouse-Estates to others, and will not hesitate to call Despina to assist me again in the future. I know I can trust her competent assistance and I will get what I need. She is very reliable, on time, quick, efficient polite, helpful, respectful. Noone can ask for more.

Rental Happiness
As a landlord, I highly recommend Kurt and Asim Butt both from Stonehouse Estates. They have helped me in every aspect of renting out my property, they have dealt with everything promptly and fairly and made my life very easy. They took the time to understand each person's individual situations and tailor their services accordingly. A pleasure to liase with both these agents and the rest of the team.

Support to find rental property
Despina helped us to find a property in October 2016. The range of properties she presented helped us to make an informed choice. She also gave us a clear list of questions to answer in making our offer, reducing the chance of any complications. She is exceptionally organised, and compared to other agencies I have used previously, makes you feel that the agency fees are actually reflective of the service offered. All in all- a very smooth process. Thank you.

Friendly and helpful
Stonehouse Estate agents have been very friendly and helpful. We didn't have any problems with them at all and they quickly dealt with any kind of issues we had regarding paperwork and the house. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Great flat, good deal and excellent service
Kurt is such an amazing agent, maybe the best we've worked with so far. He helped us (me and my flat mate) so much and he was the reason why we got such a good deal. He cared about everything we needed to be changed/replaced and both his colleagues Asim and Liz helped us with setting up the bills/new contracts. They even found us really good deals for the internet broadband and the electricity and gas supplier. We were so lucky to have met Kurt because the whole moving situation went better than expected. Both me and my flat mate are very happy with the service the agency provided us with and it really felt like we worked with some really good friends this whole time. Everyone was so understanding and cooperative and we are so excited about our new home.

Best Estate Agent in London
I have been renting in London for the past 8 years and Stonehouse are the best Estate Agents I have used. Kurt, Liz and the team are friendly, approachable and always there to help.. It's really been a pleasure renting with Stonehouse for the past two years.
