Liz is excellent, having had some issues, Liz is able to solve most of them with her good negotiation skills and can do attitude! Definitely the star of the team who always looks for ways to solve problems, and always get back to you within a reasonable time period.

The guys are amazing... professional's and the most important is the deposit...you know your deposit it's safety...and yeah..we collaborate one year with Stonehouse and was a good experience..and Yeah,I recomed hightly this agency and the people how's working there.They are so nice and so helpful if you have any issues in you're flat/house what you rent.Thank you Liz and thank you to the all stonehouse team...cheers Norbert

Liz has been a pleasure to deal with.

My partner and I were renting in North London in the same flat for 3 years through Stonehouse Estates. throughout the set up process and all through our tenancy we have had only positive dealings with Liz and her colleagues. Liz was particularly pr active any time we did need some maintenance or had any queries at all. We are now moving o to buy our own home and again the process of leaving the flat has been clear and well handled by Liz. We had no problems gaining our deposit back and was refreshing not to have to argue about this as has been my experience in the past with other letting agencies.
