Highly recommended agents
The elms team are highly professional and extremely helpful agents. They have looked after us for 2 years as our liaison agents from when we first arrived in the UK. Friendly staff and cannot recommend them enough.

Thoroughly recommended
Elms really do know their market, and their clients. I was very impressed by the level of service from Chris in particular, who made sure I knew what was happening at every stage of the process.. As a seller I feel that I definitely benefited from the years of experience that Elms have and the attention to detail they show.. An all-round fantastic service - use them!

Pleasantly surprised
Estate Agents often have a bad reputation but dealing with Elms Estates is a world away from what one normally expects. From our first meeting with Chris he understood what we were looking for and didn’t waste time showing us properties that were not suitable in terms of location and budget. Once in the property the service we received was again above and beyond what one would normally expect/have to put up with, especially in a market as competitive as Central London. When things broke they were either repaired or replaced. When I changed jobs and got paid a few days later, changing the date we paid our rent was not a problem for Elms; something that could have been a major problem had Rutland not been so accommodating. Having good agents creates good tenants. When something needed fixing Jade and I would discuss it and come up with the best solution that would work for us and not bear unnecessary costs for the Landlord. Repairs were followed up to confirm they had been completed and in just over 2 years I can’t think of an occasion when Elms fell short of their impeccably high standards. Lak was a very fair when we checked out and we were sad to leave the property behind. We have only moved as we have purchased a property out of the area. If you are moving to East London I would thoroughly recommend checking these guys out, you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

I have been working with Elms Estate now for three years they look after my property which they rent out and manage for me with no problems, they found great tenants and are always helpful and payment is always on time. thank you to all the team lak, Chris and Rutland Peter Landlord

Very good at managing property
I have been using Elms to manage a flat for the past few years and I have been very happy with the service. I feel he acts like if he was owning the place himself and so takes a sensible approach regarding repairs or finding tenants as well as keeping an eye on the flat on a regular basis. The price is reasonable and all inclusive (I found that the big agencies tend to keep adding extra fees for any reason). The team knows the local area well and has a good list of tradespeople he can call to fix anything. They are very responsive to questions.

Excellent Service at Elms Estate Agents
Rutland and his team have been managing my properties since 2002 and they are friendly, reliable and always able help resolve any situation. I particularly appreciate how they have helped in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the properties as this is important both for the tenants and for the properties themselves. I have no hesitation in recommending their service.

Best local estate agent in Bethnal Green London E2
I cannot recommend Elms Estate Agents enough - and Chris Wilkinson in particular. When I was thinking of putting my flat up for sale I toyed with the idea of Foxtons (who had sold it to me in the first place) but felt moved to use somebody local - the little guy. It was the best decision I ever made. Service has been very personal. Chris has rung me every Tuesday during the process, to inform me of developments and keep me really up to date and fresh. Also to give me hints on how to speed up certain aspects of dealing with the local authority. He knew the people to talk to and how to approach the issues. I am very satisfied with the service and cannot imagine a large corporate giving such customised attention. I really recommend anyone in E2 using ELMS as their agent.
