Chris was fantastic and so helpful. We viewed three properties with him and bought one of them and Chris ensured all went smoothly. He's very likeable and was nice to work with at what can be a stressful time. Elms also had some great properties which were what we were looking for which weren't listed anywhere else. I have given Elms Estates a rating of 5 stars because: - they only showed me properties that met my criteria, - they did not try to force my budget upwards - they were knowledgeable about the area, property market and it's vagaries - they returned your phone calls promptly - they were on hand to give impartial advice and guidance - they facilitated the purchase process by liaising between both parties - they went 'the extra mile' to ensure that our purchase went through as smoothly as possible .............all this despite some trying times with both solicitors and Chris Wilkinson was a star!!!
