Exemplary Service

Completion of my new flat was delayed due to the Christmas holidays and thus only took place on 3rd January 2018. To my amazement, Will and his team had liaised closely with all stakeholders and had the furnishings company mobilised to fit-out the flat in the morning of the 4th January - for my tenant to move in on the same afternoon. So literally, ZERO void period. As an overseas landlord and thus not even in the UK when my flat was being handed over - I cannot thank Will and the CBRE team enough for the seamless service. From identification of my unit - the purchase - and then the subsequent letting, CBRE have exceeded all my expectations and put other agents I have used, to shame. Especially as I have been overseas through the entire process!
