Outstading, prompt, polite.

Outside the Box

It is such a breath of fresh air to deal with a genuine professional agent in London in a market which is saturated with inexperienced, unprofessional agents. Emily went above and beyond our expectations and really took the time to listen to our requirements. Following a number of viewings Emily thought outside the box and mentioned a property which was soon to be available which sounded ideal but she had not yet viewed herself. As we were ahead of the curve on this one Emily arranged a visit for us and thanks to her proactive approach and foresight the apartment was ideal. Thanks Emily :)

Exceptional

Will and I spoke in connection with a flat I was looking to rent. Whilst that flat was not available for the dates I required, Will kept my details on record. A few weeks later whilst I was abroad he contested me about a potential flat which he felt would suit my requirements. Although I couldn't view it in person (due to being abroad) Will went out of his way to facilitate my situation including sending photos and enabling me to conduct a FaceTime viewing from Toronto! I ended up reserving the flat. Whilst there were delays with my ultimately getting the flat (due to contractor/developer issues), Will was available to respond to my (numerous) requests for information and updates and in doing so was able to manage both my concerns (as tenant) and no doubt the landlords too. He was prompt, considerate, efficient and always went beyond normal expectations even ultimately assisting with helping me to move boxes and deal with post completion matters after I was technically someone else's responsibility. I cannot but recommend Will in the highest terms - an exceptional agent and a credit to his team.

Very Professional

Jessica assisted in my search for a central London Apartment, Communication was swift and viewings on time. Although we unfortunately did not find the correct property in the time frame, I would have no hesitation to go back to Jessica and CBRE should I need to continue my search. Highly recommended for her professional approach to lettings.

I was contemplating between CBRE and another company but because of Mike Knowles' high service level.s, I decided to appoint CBRE over another management agent.

Emily is professional, efficient, and fun to work with.

We moved to the UK this year, and Emily went out of her way to help us find a flat. When she and I met up and she said "We're going to see nine places this afternoon" I thought she was joking. Sure enough, she had arranged access to a range of places, making the best possible use of my time. Each time a place wasn't right for us, I'd say "Nope" and she'd say "Right then, on we go." without attempting to talk me into anything. We love where we're living now, and the next time we're looking for a place to live, I'll contact Emily first. I trust her, and enjoy working with her..
