A True Professional

Coming over from the US, Alex took us on a tour around London on a Saturday for twelve hours, simply to accomdate our schedule as we were only in own for a brief twenty four hours with the sole purpose of finding a flat. His range of picks for us to look at was exactly what we had hoped for, with each one a potential place. When we found "the one", I'm quite sure Alex did not eat or sleep until we had secured the property. We had gone back to the states and, because of the time difference, had to speak at times that were late at night or early in the morning for him. Every time he answered and he got the job done effortlessly, making a particularly nerve wracking process of finding a home in a foreign country something I hope we have the opportunity to have Alex's help doing again in the future. A true professional, highly recommended.

She listens and understand our requirements so only suggests properties that she think will work for us which saves us time! Daniella is very knowledgeable about all the properties she shows us and is able to answer all related questions. In comparison to other agents we work with Daniella is very professional, excellent at keeping us up to date with offers and has been very successful on agreeing our offers with the landlords.
