I found Jarryd Reay at CBRE excellent to deal with. Quite in a different league from most other estate agents I have worked with. Straightforward, helpful and understood my requirements, which were not simple, brilliantly to help me find a flat that I am delighted with.

That makes her the one you should go after if you are looking for an agent that will very quickly understand who you are, your taste and what your priorities are. I believe Harriet likes a challenge and is determined to deliver without asking you to compromise. I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for and I was not willing to settle for less than what I had on my very specific list, and rather than to stir me or push me to settle Harriet was determined to find me what I was looking for and she somehow managed to tick all the boxes even though I had plenty.

Harriet was excellent. She delivered an array of apartments that were mostly all very close to what I was looking for. Harriet was very helpful throughout the search and with the close. She was there to answer questions and made herself available for additional viewings. Since closing, she's stayed in touch and has been very nice to deal with.

First of all so sorry, that my review is coming so late. Should have done it weeks ago because Alex had definitely deserved it ! He helped me to negotiate earlier date of moving in my studio flat, then he helped me with furnishing and finally with my first rental payment which wasn't easy because I am a Croatian citizen. He was and still is always here, available for any renting problem and information. I can highly recommend Alex to any future tenant. He is young but responsible, fast and kind with - I'm sure bright professional future ahead of him.
