We asked Park & Bailey to value our property in Chipstead following recommendations. Hadley was very impressive - both knowledgeable and professional. He gave us his honest view of the market and value. We loved Hadley’s 60second video, we thought this really added great value to the marketing. The approach via social media channels is clearly the way forward. The duo of Ruby and Luke were a brilliant team taking the marketing forward and chasing down applicants. We had several viewings the first weekend and they gave feedback on all viewings in a timely manner. Once the sale price was agreed, the sales progression team of Sue and Damien were excellent, chasing all parties and keeping us informed and responding quickly to questions.
