We had a very challenging chain with a specific non-responsive solicitor and an irresponsible self-centred person within the chain.Throughout this, the team really held the different parties together and maintained communication and explanation throughout. They went above and beyond to ensure that all were kept on track as far as possible and were willing to be firm with parties as that was needed. Reid was our lead negotiator - he was critical in keeping all parties engaged and this deal would not have taken place without his activity even working on his days off. Zeeshan was super in coming into the process when he was needed and supervising, supporting and directing his team so key things were carried out.in a timely way. The team dealt with multiple parties frustrations by clear honest communication about where things were and what the next steps were. They got us through a complex and challenging chain with a mist difficult party and a very under-performing solicitor. They did well!
