They always say “first impression's”count. I can’t thank Carl & Viren enough for their entire professionalism and patience. Although the sale went through pretty rapidly -May 23 my solicitor “dragged her heels” which meant completion took 9 months and would have been longer if Carl and Viren had not intervened to help expedite the necessary documents, which I had no control over. I have now moved out of the area, but I would not hesitate to choose them again if they covered the other side of the world! Thank you Carl and Viren, keep up the good work you have been brilliant!
