I needed to move to Weymouth for my job and Martin & Co were extremely supportive and helpful the whole way through the experience. I have autism and they managed to get me a virtual viewing because I was currently in a different part of the country. The service was quick and efficient and Callum is an extremely helpful gentleman, explaining the process to me in a calm and productive way without patronising me. I moved into my property but after 6 months I have decided to leave (Not because of Martin & Co but because the building is listed and only has single glazing so it gets really cold) and I decided to stay with them and move to a different place in Weymouth. They have been extremely supportive of my anxieties while the process has been ongoing as I was accepted for a double-glazed one bedroom flat that I absolutely adore. I have felt that I may have been annoying them at time but they have never shown any irritation and have been nothing but reassuring and helpful. Again, I must praise Callum as during the viewing, he was very honest about the property I was viewing and did not try to hide anything regarding it. Callum also always called me back whenever I had concerns on the same day. Making time for people like that is really the hallmark of excellent customer service and such a rarity these days. The entire Weymouth team are the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with and have been extremely helpful and supportive as well as disability aware and considerably well trained. Stefan

Isaac Hole showed us around the property, he was helpful and knowledgeable about the property and area and answered all our questions on the day.(where in our experience other Estate Agents didn't have info to hand). He continues to assist us with the smaller details of purchasing our chosen property.

We have been working with seraph property services for some years now and all the staff are very professional and knowledgeable. However one member of staff in particular has stood out Freya Oatridge she always responds to any queries immediately and efficiently. She is extremely passionate about her work and helps whenever she can with any problems or concerns we have . She always responds to emails quickly and will go out of her ways to try and solve any issues that we have. She is a huge asset to the company and cannot speak more highly of her. Stephanie watson

As someone who’s new to renting Sean made this whole process super easy! He’s very professional but very friendly, I’ve probably asked him about 6 millions question and he’s been really cool about it. All the staff are really lovely and helpful and I definitely recommend them!
