I needed to move to Weymouth for my job and Martin & Co were extremely supportive and helpful the whole way through the experience. I have autism and they managed to get me a virtual viewing because I was currently in a different part of the country. The service was quick and efficient and Callum is an extremely helpful gentleman, explaining the process to me in a calm and productive way without patronising me. I moved into my property but after 6 months I have decided to leave (Not because of Martin & Co but because the building is listed and only has single glazing so it gets really cold) and I decided to stay with them and move to a different place in Weymouth. They have been extremely supportive of my anxieties while the process has been ongoing as I was accepted for a double-glazed one bedroom flat that I absolutely adore. I have felt that I may have been annoying them at time but they have never shown any irritation and have been nothing but reassuring and helpful. Again, I must praise Callum as during the viewing, he was very honest about the property I was viewing and did not try to hide anything regarding it. Callum also always called me back whenever I had concerns on the same day. Making time for people like that is really the hallmark of excellent customer service and such a rarity these days.
