I recently put my house up for sale with the York Banch. I can only describe the levels of service I recieved as fantastic. All aspects of our house sale and purchase have dealt with quickly and effectively. Most important to me is the fact that all staff have worked above and beyond what would normally be required and have impressed with there enthusiasm to do business 24/7. Karen, Angela and Gemma are highly recommended.

Angela was our estate agent. I felt she wanted to get to know us as a couple. It helped that she had lived on our road as a child. She knew exactly what renovations we had done and the value we added. Our house was sold in 2 days. We had 2 buyers to choose from and both offered full asking price.
