Absolutely fantastic. James was always available when needed. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. We never once had to chase them for an update on our purchase. An Estate Agent that doesn't feel like one! Angela has been efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and assisted us in understanding and getting to know the property without any over-the-top hard sell. Our view was as a purchaser, but I know I'd be happy with her services as a vendor too.
