The flat we rent has been managed for several years by Stirling Ackroyd, and I’d like to acknowledge the ongoing support of David Umney in particular, whose speedy responses, great communication and readiness to address and resolve any issues when they (very rarely) come up has been so consistent and is hugely appreciated. David’s so approachable, and his professionalism and understanding goes a very long way in making renting with Stirling Ackroyd such a positive experience for us!

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team at Preston Baker made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed throughout. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and clear explanations at every stage. The agent we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive always going above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track.
