Maryanne, and indeed all the staff members I've spoken to, have been very helpful and very responsive. Our house was marketed quickly and the rental price suggested by Maryanne was achieved in a very short space of time. Northwood's percentage is also very competitive and I have no hesitation in recommending their letting services.

I've been really happy with Northwood's services in finding me a tenant for my BTL flat. All the staff I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful, providing a great service. This gave me confidence and trust in their professionalism, and this was repaid by how quickly they found me a tenant, and kept me in the loop along the way. Fees were also very competitive and fair.

We choose Northwood because they were different to any other estate agent. Catrina valued our home and advised what we could do to increase to value. Once we made a few changes the house was on the market very quickly and this process was very easy. Then we were handed to Maryanne to deal with the viewings. She was very quick to notify us and deal with our questions and looked after everything for us. If we were going to sell again this is how we would do it. Northwood is reliable knowledgeable and I would recommended to anyone.
