This is a review for Northwood York property. I initially rented a property in York through Northwood York with the intention of staying for a year due to my job placement. Unfortunately, I mistakenly signed a 6-month contract. At the end of this period, the landlord issued an eviction notice, creating a challenging situation for me and my family as we sought a new property. However, Northwood York's agent, Danielle, and her manager, Chris Ray, were exceptional. They provided unwavering support throughout the transition process, understanding the financial difficulties and even waiving off the notice period. Although I couldn't secure another rental agreement with them due to the unavailability of my desired property, I deeply appreciate Danielle and Chris Ray for their extraordinary support—a level of service rarely seen from letting agents.

So far so good. Agents were quick to get things done and communication from them definitely deserves 5 stars, I need to express how smooth and stress free everything was from their side too. House was exactly as described no hidden horrors, so far everything has been honest and we are enjoying our tenancy. We have had a bad experience in the past which has made us very hopeful about this company, having not noticed a single red flag yet. Hopefully there are no issues to come and if we choose to leave, hopefully that procedure will be as smooth as the move-in. 5 stars so far for Northwood!

Absolutely fantastic rental agents. Keep you updated, quick response to any queries. Really friendly professional individuals. We had the majority of contact with Danielle and Emily who are wonderful and nothing is too much bother. Definitely would recommend this agency.
