Exemplary service provided by Jonathan Dawson at Ewemove. The advert was brilliant in terms of the text descriptions and the photos which assisted in generating alot of online hits. Jonathan generated interest in our property and was always punctual with viewings. Ultimately he achieved a great price for our property that enabled us to move and importantly beat the stamp duty deadline. Jonathan is polite, friendly and very enthusiastic. Our overall experience with Jodie at Ewe Move was that we were in safe & experienced hands throughout the whole conveyancing process. We had a fairly bumpy ride due to the pandemic & we also seemed to encounter some unfortunate & unusual problems but Jodie was always on hand to advise & guide us along the way. We approached Ewe move after a bad experience with a high street agent & our relationship with Jodie was night & day in comparison to our previous high street experience. Jodie consistently went above & beyond throughout this stressful time & helped to navigate us though some complex legal issues relating to title of land where we were waiting on answers from solicitors. His experience, tenacity & passion for what he does will not be matched by high street agents - we would honestly say, if you want a smooth sale, we would recommend 100%.

Chloe Stevenson did a brilliant job throughout of liaising between buyer and seller, making recommendations for surveyors and supporting us all through the process during a very busy and stressful time at the end of the Stamp Duty Holiday. I have been so impressed with Ewemove's professional and friendly support throughout and would definitely recommend Ewemove to sellers, and would choose them myself if I do go on to sell the property as I have every confidence in their great service! Ewe Move York and Jodie stood out because the person who did our valuation (Jodie) was who we would be dealing with from start to finish so they gave more of a personal touch and Jodie was very personable which we felt was important for our viewers and buyer. He was very knowledgeable, did great marketing photos and we felt the valuation was very realistic for the current market. Jodie was always responsive, returning calls and texts, helping us chase solicitors, being the glue between our buyers and us. A sale for our house was secured within a few days for just over market value!
