We changed to EweMove in York over two years ago and it was a brilliant decision. We had been with a large and well-known letting agents based in the York area who had been utterly dreadful and made our lives incredibly stressful. We were desperate to move to a different company. My wife contacted Ewemove, and the Branch director Jonathan was very quick to reply and find out how they could help. Before the transition to Ewemove took place (during lockdown) Jonathan gave up lots of his time to do zoom meetings and answer the many questions we had; we were very anxious that they would be a company that would look after our property, our tenant(s) and ensure that they did what they said they were going to do. Ewemove are highly professional, offer an excellent service and we also find Jonathan, Elly (and other staff at the branch) have been both very approachable and friendly. They are quick to inform us of any matters regarding our property and keep us regularly updated. Ewemove have shown professionalism from the outset. We think they are tremendous, and we would be very happy to recommend them.

She was knowledgeable about the property when she showed us round, was always on hand to answer any questions we had throughout the process and we really valued her assistance. Jodie doesn't live up to the bad reputation estate agents seem to have, he is very genuine and down to earth, and we were very comfortable to take his advice on selling our house. He is easy to have a conversation with and was always available when we had a question, we were frequently in contact from start to finish. He also helped us with advice on finding and buying somewhere new. He put together some fantastic marketing for us and sold our house within a week for over the asking price. We wouldn't use anyone else to sell our house in the future and recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!
