Our overall experience with Jodie at Ewe Move was that we were in safe & experienced hands throughout the whole conveyancing process. We had a fairly bumpy ride due to the pandemic & we also seemed to encounter some unfortunate & unusual problems but Jodie was always on hand to advise & guide us along the way. Ewe Move York and Jodie stood out because the person who did our valuation (Jodie) was who we would be dealing with from start to finish so they gave more of a personal touch and Jodie was very personable which we felt was important for our viewers and buyer. He was very knowledgeable, did great marketing photos and we felt the valuation was very realistic for the current market. Jodie was always responsive, returning calls and texts, helping us chase solicitors, being the glue between our buyers and us. A sale for our house was secured within a few days for just over market value!
