I have just completed a sale and Ewe move were the agency handling my purchase. From start to finish they were excellent. I was sceptical as they use a third party to help progress the sale but the system worked perfectly and made things more efficient. Alex Bethanis was my key contact and was always on hand to answer any questions that I had, and explain things in a way that was easy to understand. When selling my property, I discounted Ewe Move on the basis of price however, having seen the professional approach and kindness they have shown I would pay a little extra and use them if I need to move in the future. EweMove was the second agent we instructed, finding us a buyer in 4 weeks where our first (large chain) was unable to do so in 16 weeks. We went with the large agent based on their sales pitch of being largest in the area, access to large lists of prospective buyers etc. All of which was ineffective. EweMove gave us good advice, helped us sell close to asking price and we're clearly selling our home rather than just any house. The personalised service is worth every penny and we'll never use a large chain again.

Fantastic experience with Ewe Move, both as a buyer and a seller. - Really friendly and attentive team. Great communication throughout the whole process. - Good background knowledge of the properties (we'd been to view some properties with other estate agents and it was as if it was their first time in the property!!!). - 360° tour of the property included on the listing. We found that this was great for transparency, particularly in respect of the size of the rooms and the condition of the house. - Flexibility in terms of viewing times. - Competitive fees. An absolutely excellent service. We have dealt with other estate agents within York and some have been disappointing and at times indifferent in their response Jodie was the first point of contact regarding our enquiry and it was refreshing to have a friendly and very thorough person dealing with our in initial flat requirements and were made to feel valued as a customer. He passed on this information to the colleague managing flat sales and Chloe contacted us within hours. We viewed a flat which was in a sought after area of York and met the requirements we had set out. Chloe greeted us on time and very obviously knew a lot about the area and the details of the property. She was very informative and knew the answers to the questions we asked and highlighted the particular high specifications of the flat.
