We were told our house in Runnymede was going to sell quick and believe me it did! The day before it officially got listed. It unfortunately fell through but Ethan was already on the case and had it ready to be relisted. Within 48hrs it was sold! 4 months from us popping our heads in to being in our new place! Ethan was fantastic, constantly keeping us updated, speaking to the solicitors and the buyers. He couldn’t have been any more efficient!!
