All the staff have been attentive and friendly and provide excellent support but a special mention goes to Jennifer Williams who has supported me through a challenging operation over several months: Unfailing attention to detail and patience, making the whole process as smooth as humanly possible. I have been supported by Martin & Co for almost a year now. Living in Cardiff, I rent a two bedroom apartment in a small village near Yeovil as my base during the week whilst at work in the area. During this time I have felt fully confident in the level of support, assistance and communication I have received. I have regular meaningful communications from Property Manager Jen Williams and she has been a constant port of call with any questions that I’ve had, and is always speedy to respond; even on a weekend. I would highly recommend the service provided by Martin & Co and would without exception use them again in the future if my current situation changed. The tenant app provides me with a wide range of facilities and although my needs have been low, when I have made contact the responses I’ve received have always been professional and reassuring.
