I reported a problem with the hot water supply at a property managed by this office at 4.30 in the afternoon. This was dealt with by Inge Cooper and by 5.15 a plumber was on site restoring the water. Nothing worth recommending here if you are a tenant. Be very aware of your rights regarding your deposit and be prepared to go to arbitration if you need too. After private renting for 20 years this shower were by far the worst I have ever dealt with. There are plenty of agencies out there that are far better.
