Good morning, We believe that you have rented a property where we were involved initially on a 'tenant find only' basis with the landlord and so have not been involved with your tenancy since that point. At the start of the tenancy the property was in good condition with no mould or any other issues. Any maintenance issues should have been reported to your landlord for him to deal with. We are sorry that you have not found the landlord to have been amenable to resolving any issues you had, but unfortunately Martin & Co was not instructed to be involved during the tenancy itself. Dear Alex, We are sorry that you have felt ignored by us. That was certainly not our intention. Unfortunately supply and demand of rental properties in the Yeovil area is such that letting agents are struggling to contact the many dozens of enquiries we get for each and every rental property that goes on the market. For the flats you enquired online for, we received 30-40 online enquiries in the first day or so, together with 10-20 phone calls. We have to stop the number of bookings at 10 and it is impossible to accommodate all enquiries. That said, we do try to respond to everyone if we can so I apologise that on this occasion you felt that you didn't get a response.
