We have been very pleased with using Richard James in Wroughton to sell our home. Professional service from the outset, no surprises, very smooth process and to get a comment from one potential purchaser that the agents are the only ones they want to talk too is very reassuring! We've ended up with a deal we're happy with, in a time frame which suits all parties and even after fees, we're still better off compared to what cheaper online-only agents said we would achieve.

We are continully told that moving house is the most stressful thing you'll ever do.. whilst this may be true, the process was certainly made much easier by Ross and his team. I was looking for a specific type of property so registerd my requirements with them.. 6 months later; after a lot of hardwork, they found our perfect home! I know they then worked tirelessly to broker a deal that all parties were happy with. Without their professional expertise i don't think we would have found our forever family home.

It's a stressful process but they deal politely and professionally with stressed-out clients! 4 stars given rather than 5 as wasn't overly impressed with another staff member, who has now left the company, but this shouldn't reflect on Jade, Julia and the remaining team.

They were all really helpful Hayley was our communication person, who did keep us up to date as much as she could. Very please with the service. Would definitely recommend.
