Thanks especially to Jade, and latterly Julia, for their help in progressing our sale to exchange today. It's a stressful process but they deal politely and professionally with stressed-out clients! 4 stars given rather than 5 as wasn't overly impressed with another staff member, who has now left the company, but this shouldn't reflect on Jade, Julia and the remaining team.
